Shipping Policy
We deliver everywhere in Lebanon and you pay in cash when your order arrives. Here is how it works.
1. Delivery fee
- Flat $4 delivery fee anywhere in Lebanon.
- Free delivery on orders of $75 or more.
- No other taxes or charges are added. The total you see at checkout is what you pay the courier.
2. Delivery time
- Orders are prepared and shipped to Lebanon, then delivered to you by our courier. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from the day you order.
- Items that are already in stock in Lebanon ship faster, usually within 2 to 4 working days. Ask us on WhatsApp if you need it by a certain date.
- Custom-printed jerseys may take a few extra days for printing. We confirm the spelling and number with you on WhatsApp before we print.
- Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen during peak season, holidays or customs processing, and we will keep you updated.
3. Payment on delivery
- You pay the courier in cash, in US dollars, when your order arrives. Nothing is charged online.
- Custom-printed jerseys require a 50% deposit arranged on WhatsApp before printing starts. The remaining 50% is paid on delivery.
- Payment is made before the package is opened. Bags are sealed for your protection and for ours.
4. The delivery itself
- The driver calls you before arriving to confirm the address and time. Please keep your phone reachable.
- If we cannot reach you after several attempts, the order is returned to us. Orders that are refused or not collected may affect future orders.
5. Missing or damaged items
- Please check your package at delivery. If anything is missing, damaged or not what you ordered, message us the same day on WhatsApp at +961 76 947 362 with a photo and we will sort it out at no cost to you.
- KitNation and our courier are not responsible for damage that happens after the package has been delivered and paid for.
