Exchange Policy

KitNation does not offer cash refunds. We do exchanges, and we try to make them painless.

Wrong size? We exchange it.

  • Message us on WhatsApp (+961 76 947 362) within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The jersey must be unworn and unwashed, in its original packaging with the tags still attached.
  • We exchange from our stock in Lebanon. If the size you need is not in stock, we will offer you the closest option or a store credit for a future order.
  • The courier picks up the jersey and delivers the new one. A $4 delivery fee applies to the exchange unless the mistake was ours.
  • Not sure about your size? Check the size guide on the product page or ask us on WhatsApp before ordering. We are happy to recommend a size.

Our mistake? We fix it, free.

  • Wrong jersey, wrong size or version compared to your order, wrong printing, or a defective item: contact us within 7 days of delivery and we exchange it at no cost to you, pick-up and delivery included.
  • Please send us a photo of the issue on WhatsApp so we can sort it out quickly.

What cannot be exchanged

  • Printed jerseys (name, number or patch), unless the printing itself is wrong or defective. Custom printing is made for you, so please double-check the spelling and number before confirming.
  • Worn, washed or damaged items, or items without their tags.
  • Accessories such as grip socks, shin pads, neck warmers and gloves, for hygiene reasons.
  • Items reported more than 7 days after delivery.

Cancellations

  • Standard orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
  • Custom-printed orders require a 50% deposit arranged on WhatsApp. Once the deposit is paid and printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled and the deposit is not refundable.
  • Refused or undelivered orders may affect our ability to accept future orders from you.

Price differences

  • If you exchange for a more expensive item, you pay the difference in cash on delivery.
  • If you exchange for a cheaper item, the difference is given as store credit, not cash.
