Return and Exchange Policy

At KitNation, we don’t offer refunds, but we’re happy to help with exchanges under certain conditions.

Exchanges:

• We can exchange items that are in stock if there’s been a mistake on our side, like the wrong jersey, wrong custom printing, wrong size, wrong version, or a defective item.

• Exchanges are not possible for sizing mistakes, so we recommend contacting us so we can recommend the size that fits you best.

• Some items, like shin pads, neck covers, and gloves, cannot be exchanged.

Cancellations:

• You can cancel your standard order within 48 hours of placing it.

• Custom jerseys or custom printings cannot be cancelled or exchanged.

• Cancellation of a custom order after 48 hours may prevent future custom orders.

Condition Requirements:

• All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
  
  

• If exchanging for a lower-priced item, no refund for the difference will be given.
